In the realm of architecture, a saga of innovation and artistic expertise unfolded, guided by our Founder, Lili Adrian, a globally seasoned architect.
In 2012, armed with her architectural degree, she boldly entered the profession, undertaking a diverse range of projects, from private residences to significant commercial and hospitality ventures. Her first pinnacle achievement came in 2015 with the prestigious commission to design a Grand palace in the Middle East.
Seeking a deeper involvement in the construction process, Lili pursued a Master’s in Construction Management and Economics in 2017. This educational endeavour propelled her to manage a portfolio of international construction projects across France, Germany, Sweden, the USA, the UK, and the United Arab Emirates.
In 2020, having collaborated closely with a developer agency, Lili entered into the realm of property investment.
In an industry often characterised by complexity and tradition, she embarked on a mission in 2021 – to revolutionise how building projects are conceived and executed. Global Design Management was born, with a dedicated focus on streamlining the processes, demystifying financial intricacies, and ensuring unparalleled transparency and craftsmanship in every project.
